Shipping policy

Processing
Orders placed before 2pm Singapore time on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Singapore and Malaysia
Local shipping: S$2 per order.
Free shipping on orders of S$100 or more.

International
We ship worldwide from Singapore.
Standard international shipping without tracking: S$30.
Standard international shipping with tracking: S$35.
These rates cover parcels up to 300 g. For larger orders, email us at sabadotsg@gmail.com before ordering and we will quote shipping.
Delivery times vary by country and carrier. Import duties and taxes, if any, are set by the destination country and are not included in our prices.

Tracking
When your order ships you will receive an email confirmation. Orders sent with a tracking service include a tracking number in that email.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable time, email sabadotsg@gmail.com with your order number and we will help sort it out.
